disclaimer: Jamie did tote the kid on his back during the uphill track, I only did it on the way down. I don't want it to come across that I was the only one carrying him while we were snowshoeing!!
On Sunday we went to church and then ran to lunch. We went to Israel's 3rd birthday party in the afternoon. It was held at the Denver Zoo. I haven't been to the zoo in a long time; it was Breeson's first time to go to a birthday party and the zoo!! We had a great time.
Here is the birthday boy, Isreal.
For his birthday cake, he wanted a horse on it. Unfortunately, the only thing the store had was a pink pony. Fortunately, he is only 3 and he didn't care!! :) He was just happy there was a horse on it. LOVE IT!!

Yes, my church is doing the Great Date Experiment. However, for some reason they don't post the PDF files of the date instructions...whereas these other churches do. Chad and I don't need our church's childcare and are always busy when the "date" night is suppose to be, so I just print it off another site and we do it when we can. Your church should totally do it. The link from the Northpoint church would probably be the church that started it...it is where a lot of mega churches get some/most of their curriculum. Hope that helps! It was fun!
