Well, I finally registered! I'm signed up to run the Bolder Boulder 10K. I started running this past week. Yesterday during my lunch break, I ran with a coworker, who also plans to run it too.
This was on the website regarding the race...
The BolderBOULDER was recently named by Runner's World magazine as America's All-Time Best 10K. A fun family event with a wave start that enhances the experience, and tag timing that promises accurate finish and mile split times for all that do the entire distance. The course is filled with entertainment. The Memorial Day Tribute at the fnish line is one of the largest in the country.
It is one of the largest road races in the world; it attracts 54,000 runners and walkers and draws professional athletes from all over the world to compete for one of the largest non-marathon prize purses in road racing.

There will be around 28 bands playing along the route. I've heard that this is where The Fray was discovered. ??

Check out the best time results for 2009:

We almost went out for this, but instead we are doing the Garden of the God's 10 mile, My husband is then doing the Pike's Peak marathon. Colorado is a gorgeous place to run, but unfortunately for flatlanders the elevation makes breathing a little difficult!
Good Luck... and those winning times are crazy... I am a slow runner/jogger/walker-a-little... my husband on the other hand is one of those maniacs :-)
